Senior Years

			SENIOR YEARS

Life expectancy for men is only seventy four
I'm 2 years past my best before date
Though I hope to live a few more years
I won't die young 'cause it's way too late

In our senior years we focus on nutrition
We have avoided diabetes and arthritis
We ate much junk food in our younger years
Hopefully it won't come back to bite us

As we continue in our senior years
We hope to retain our good health
It is definitely a much higher priority
			Than material things and wealth
