Send a ladder to the sky

I watch the rain clouds transform in the sky
and the sun peeping out its big eyes
Spreading its radiant energy all over the place
as the universe gets ready for the big race.

I felt a bit warm as the sunlight keeps shouting
before the break of dawn,
until it sets the world ablaze
and stir the energy in the whole human race
it is natures delight to expedite destiny under the. sun.

Nature races through the woods
searching for the hardwood grove tree
and the foliage leaves beneath the vine
but a stone throws away
 the earth was melting away
twisting leaves on the vine
while the tree dances
to the melody of the peculiar wind.
And the wood suddenly becomes still.

I stand in the midst of it all
as the thawing wind expose my sins
and the forest that lies beyond the hill
listen to the agony of those that wanders on its path.

Send a ladder to the sky
to examine the clouds as they drift by
send a ladder to the sky to capture the forces
as they spill energy on the earth
send a ladder to the galaxy
to balance the pressure in the atmosphere
before I get there
change the rules of the game
before it drives the people insane.

Shall I look for you in the clouds?
to reduce the summer heat
that is burning in the street?
Shall I plant a rose in the clouds?
So that you can search for it
 before you grow old?

Send a ladder to the
to look for the missing star before it dies
send a ladder to the sky!
