Sell the Sizzle

Hey, killer, you've slain a cow
It's been swiftly slaughtered, cooked, and now
You stick your knife's blade deep into that hunk of meat
Bloody juice rushes forth, so thick it coagulates, red as a beet

How much more of this gore can you possibly take?
No wonder they say: Sell the sizzle, not the steak!

There you go, Gary. Happy to oblige with a reminder... Myself, I used to be a vegetarian. Still don't eat meat more than once a week. :) gw

You know, I used to be a vegetarian, and I still wince a bit to myself when I indulge my appetite with meat... Thanks for the feedback, Alexis. :) gw
