Selfish

In the midst of this life, I find this world selfish, More close to devilish, Why are people so? Why can’t everyone just be nice? Why does everything have to have a price? Nothing is free they say, In this world of chaos, Ego is centered on one thing, Me and I and Me, you see, There is no place for anyone else, But ME! Why does it have to be this way? In the end, How can I change this? Is there something that I have missed? Now maybe you can help me, By telling me who you would like to be, Is it me, me and me? Or is there something else to life.. other than me? I feel like I am burning, I am lit up with flames, The selflessness is gone, and all I am left with is me and my brain.
