Selfish
I've been selfish
my whole life
always wanting
more time
always needing
to find
something that I lost
which wasn't mine...
I've been selfish
I must admit
always thinking
about me
trying to fill up
my needs
using others
for my greed...
I've been selfish
I know
I wish I could change
I wish I could grow
I wish I could go back
and sew
all what I harmed
all what I broke.
I've been selfish
and I regret
every single word
every single step
which took me away from you
which lead me to wreck
your sincere trust
your candid respect.
I've been selfish my love...and what I deserve is what I get
