Self-Confined
A conquered posture,
from a life that took,
inconsolable heartbreak,
like a teardrop book,
a fragile waste,
unable to cope,
the lines are written,
without any hope,
my veins are torn,
inside my sleeve,
I spill my blood,
as you begin to leave,
I never mattered,
I’m left behind,
I’m torn apart,
so self-confined.
