Self Hypnosis

Within the realm of illusions
Wherein our attention is transfixed
Narrowness of our conclusions
Signals hypnotic maya has us tricked

If we be sleep walking in a trance
All seeming reality but a dream
Freedom simply an unclinging stance
Wherefrom radiant bliss streams

Hypnosis; I have witnessed this a few times but I have no idea how it works - thank you U.S. - Lindsay Unseeking Seeker August 22, 2020 at 7:37 PM We may liken what we call waking to a dream. In deep meditation we cognise & recognise our connection to the source. At other times, we feel separation. This is self induced hypnosis.
