Seeking the Sea
That river that flows downstream, downhill, down in the south and then down north again
It flows all day, all night and all of the time, endless and tireless through forest and mountains it makes its way.
It flows with the wish to meet the sea to empty itself as it confluences with it.
And as the sea takes it in, the immersion of its whole into nothing and everything, does it worry that it won’t be that river again?
That river, whose water quenched the thirst of many, would it just be a nobody now? Are these questions even relevant? It doesn’t know, but it still has to carry on.
And as the river transgresses into the sea, little by little, it grows rapidly.
It had come with a little bit but conjoined it expanded massively
True, the immersion took its course, its current and its identity, but in turn, it offered the abundance of its depths and called it it's own and made it into a sea
