Seek Not

Seek Not the desires of the flesh, seek those of the heart instead, Where as long as God is Present, on the Righteous Road we'll tread. Seek Not the carnal desires nor first what money can buy, But first the Word of God, for on His Truth we can rely. Seek Not to please the world of souls who have gone astray, Only to please Our Lord and allow Him to show us the Way. Seek Not to follow the path on which so many upon do trod, Where one's soul can be tempted and lost from the Light of God. Seek Not to please the ego nor to garnish ego's pride, For a humble heart is a heart where God Lives inside. Seek and accept not love that's generic, fake, or impure, For only Love Born of God can bless one's heart, secure.
