See You Soon
As he struggled to take a breath ,the coughing never seemed to stop,
Praying,crying,anything to give him comfort and peace,
He looked at me with sweet release,
Onward now I shall go into a place I do not know,
Anyone or anywhere , softly I whispered yes you do,I must say before you are gone, it’s he that sits upon his throne,
With shining eyes and loving hands ,then our Savior took command in just an instant you were gone with Christ our Savior to you home,
Beyond the pain and suffering in this life,
Into a heaven filled with light,
And as I whispered a loving tune,
Goodbye my love I’ll see you soon.
