Secrets
To protect those who shouldn't be.
To keep their secret deep inside
you.
Never to let it go, bury it forever.
Killing your soul a little everyday.
Lying to everyone. Those who you
love, and those who love you.
Wanting to just burst with the truth.
To tell their secrets, but knowing
you can't.
Thinking of all the people that the
truth would crush.
Devastating their lives forever.
Never to trust anyone ever again.
Can you live with that?
I couldn't, so their secret is safe
with me.
Forever!
