Secret Pain

My heart spills everything I try so hard to hide.
Hiding the pain makes everything feel like a lie.
When I speak to you
You have no clue what my mind goes through.
I can't find what to say.
You make eveything feel okay.
But still you're the only one that knows
Everything I can't show.
When I feel the pain
I think I must be insane.
To think that I am the only one.
But then I think of the son.
