Being able to assimilate brought survival, but God was against compromising his peoples beliefs with theirs.. As you know he was against adopting other cultures, more importantly, he did not want his people worshiping other Gods that were being influenced to worship by other groups they assimilated into. Enlightening piece Gershon told through few words... Thank you for sharing...
