Second Booster

I had my second booster shot And energetic, I am not. I’ve gotten past the needle’s ouch But can’t get off my cozy couch. With no set plans, I am content To hang around, the hours spent With rest and music that sustains, The vaccine coursing through my veins.

Good on you, Ilene. I had two shots and a booster, and I feel quite protected. I had no side effects except for being rather tired the evening of each shot. The next day I was just fine. Wishing you well!

They can make you drowsy and tired but it beats getting a bad dose of covid. Still waiting to be called. Tom

My wife was feverish and hot Reacting to her second shot. Her doctor said there’ll be no boost, Since trouble oft comes home to roost. Hope you feel better soon!
