Seasons of Chicago
Entwine reason for two Seasons
has the weather of Chicago.
After Winter long and strong,
swiftly coming here is Summer.
Destination for vacation -
Chicago has great lake.
Lofty Downtown has its jest,
architecture here is best.
Cold are winds of the north.
Golden leaves of October,
changing colors, quickly fall.
Trees are shedding leafy coats.
Nature’s magic has it all,
soon Chicago will be freezing.
