Embrace the weather through all the seasons
Happy and content for lots of reasons
Wind rain sun or snow
Gale force winds things start to blow
Fluctuating moods can suddenly appear
Never knowing the minute, they are going to be here
Breathe in and out imagine that safe and happy place
Thank the lord for saviour and grace
Live life to the full express what u felt
Affection from others will make your heart melt
Be free be honest adapt to those changes
Seasons come seasons go for all ages
Reflection is healing look around and reminisce
Shadows in the distance just seem to exist
The weather becomes a thing of the past
Accept this it will help you learn to relax
