Seasonal Depression

I resolve to defeat an inclination to depression~~ Creepy feelings of doom and gloom come over me uninvited. My attitude changes remarkably with the weather. written October 25, 2021

Seasonal depression (sad) effects us all.I tend to be upbeat now autumn/winter is here but I shiver at the thought of heat..Stay well..Delice

Everyone's different when it comes to liking hot or cold. I know folks who really thrive during the winter and love it. Give me heat anytime!

Sad disease we call it over here Milton and it is a real thing, pull yourself together doesn't cut it. Those lights you have sound like a good idea. Tom

I'm with you: When it's sunny, I'm smiling. When it's gray day after day, eventually I get there too. (Though I fight it like hell). :) gw

Oh, I've fought it for years, but it is pretty overwhelming at times. I even have season lights here by my computer. They help some, it think.
