Season of Goodbye

Good Bye
So Long.
     Don’t turn around
     you’ve done no wrong.
Don’t say “Good Bye”
Don’t say “So Long”
     Don’t turn around
     you’ve done no wrong.

Forget when I, even said “Hello”
It was just a passing chance, you know.
To see if maybe, you would be,
a love, indeed that one, for me.

Now as I see you, walk away,
I wish it weren’t, to be this way.
So, don’t turn around, to say “Good Bye”
for you may . . . see me cry.

Don’t turn around
     Don’t turn around
     You’ve done no wrong.
So Long
Good Bye.

A clean good bye is a non-looking-back good bye. You have done this well.
