Searching

Searching

I’m searching deep inside my soul
To the core I look within
I hunt for answers yet unsure
Against the current I swim

I need your unwavering guidance
Lead me through these waves of doubt
Until I land on solid ground
And know what I’m about

I thought I knew the answer
Now uncertainty revolves around
Will I ever be definite
Or continually hesitant and bound
