Sea Princess

Images of you are so wonderful
I see them in my mind
A very pleasing sight of you
I feel it all the time

You are a sea princess
So my mom says
She told me of a tale long ago
Little did i know it was true
She said you were the sea princess
In her ever told tale of love
I smirked at the first mention of the name

We used to laugh and have fun
But in all honesty you enjoyed more
The sea's beauty than my company
I understood it for you were the sea princess

My love for you is like a possessed being
I think its the work of a love potion
Every re-newing all the time
If you are the sea princess them what am I?
A river god momma said

There it was balanced after all
A river god and a sea princess
My priceless jewel
