Who's hostage to whom?
Addictions come and go, but
Boss screen runs the show.

I think of a book
Bringing therapy so free
The world would agree;

It lets you be you
Lets us pause and look around
And think of beauty.

Yes, beauty -- the cravings, doubts, guilt, black clouds of depression . . . beauty remains . . . think, see, embrace, to be. loved the haiku dear friend.
