Screaming in the silence

Screaming inside but all they hear is silence. Not a sound. Don't say it out loud. Don't tell them. Your minds like a carousel always going around. Does it matter? Do they really need to know? Would anyone even notice If you just got up to go? But what if one day that up & go turns to just gone? Wishing someone just reached out making you realise You aren't the only one. 'I'm ok' must be said A million times a day. But context is everything when you say it in a certain way. You are entitled to your feelings. You are not wrong for your thoughts. You don't have to justify yourself to anyone. You don't have to accept the hate & pretend you are alright when you're not. You are human. Life can be tough. You should be able to say freely that enough is enough. I hope anyone reading this, going through some stuff right now. Isn't waiting for permission or to be told what feelings are allowed. This will always be a safe space to chat & clear your mind. No judgement here. Anyone you meet has their own battles they're fighting. So, that's why I choose to be kind. When you're ready. When you have the courage to speak your truth & confide. I'll be here. Leading an ear & support Right by your side.

Dear Catherine, Welcome to PS. Your poem speaks louder than silence itself. The pain hidden beneath "I'm ok" is felt deeply. Your struggles are valid; your feelings matter. Your poem is a safe space. Here, you can scream your truth, shed the masks, and know you're not alone. You present effectively your battles, your emotions, and your journey. You are strong, and within the courage to speak lies the key to your liberation. I loved your poem and sending you warmth and unwavering support. Blessings, Daniel
