Scream

Do you hear?
Can you tell?
How I hurt so much

Hiding away
Shameful and guilty
Longing for that touch

Forgotten to most
Invisible to many
And unnoticed I might seem

As I lie on my bed
Fighting the tears
Lost in my silent scream

I know just how you feel. This is similar to my silent cry but I think you captured it better.
