Weapons used
Mass destruction
Mind turned inward
Under new construction
Total outcome
Still tallying
Not down for the count
Get up, time to rally
Where did you go?
Look around, I’m here
Beside you, beside you
Wherever I need
Didn’t step or look away
Saw and I did speak
Heard and I did speak
Felt and I did cry
Laid with you in your fear
Tended to your broken wing
Sat with you when all went dark
Stood up tall to shine My light
Trying to guide in to the new
Speaking the words of love
Your Father is here to make you whole
Mending the mind, give voice to your spirit
