LIND30NR
Created by Robert Lindley. Four lines whose total number of syllables adds up to 30 or a 7/7/7/9 verse, which is unrhymed.

I can smell the scent of spring, an earthy, rainy day smell. And I can hear a robin, scratching at the lawn, digging up worms. (LIND30NR) 03/03/2022 LIND30NR Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Chantelle Anne Cooke

Spring indeed has an "earthy" and distinctive perfume. Enjoyed this very much Emile. Congratulations on your win. Sending you blessings of spring as she returns in robins and rain.

Well done, Emile. The LIND30 format reminds me of an American/English style of tanka. I like it, especially since it provides for several options.
