Scars

Forever the scars will remain
I’m falling apart in this rain
Leave me here forever in the dark
No more joyful walks in the park
You tore the heart out of my chest
Now I hide the scar from the rest
You joke and you flirt
In the end I get hurt
People just glance and smile
I wanna hide and cry for a while
Why does it hurt so bad
Ever since that day we had
The world isn’t fair
People say pain is rare
Guess they have been behind bars
I show them my scars
They strech from my head to my feet
It look like I have been beat
They will never go away
The SCARS are here to stay
