If there is one thing life is, always, it is unresolved....a sage write.

I kind of remember the tragedy this was (of Tristan and Isolde) but not completely. Anyway, you really captured that essence.

Connie, I only recently discovered Wagner and his strange magical chord. In poem as in life I ask: In an endless universe, are there things left unresolved? -Richard

The joy and pain of love...I am assuming you are writing about Tristan and Isolde. Their love story still remains fresh in my mind after many, many years. You captured their devotion ingeniously. Bravo! : )

When that last tear lingers, and moments still feel out of place. Unresolved. It does leave the heart feeling lost. This is beautiful, sad and tender. Written from the heart. ~ Brandy

Sun Tzu said: “If you wait by the river long enough, the bodies of your enemies will float by.” He didn't mention friends. -Richard

Thank you Carolyn. I changed the poem to a senryu. Hard to capture in so few words. -Richard
