Savoring Solitude

Soft soporific stillness in the night Reclaims calm upon chaotic daylight. Serene solitude takes a languid lead, Reflecting on days’ rhythmic rapid beat. My close companion, my favorite friend, With you I wish demanding days to end. To soothing spell of silence, I commend. March 27, 2021

'Serene solitude takes a languid lead'...loved it. I hope my languid leads, inspired by such wonderful, creative pieces as this one, will awaken my muse from slumber.

I always enjoy the end of the day, when the peace and calm finally settle in around you. I most always spend these moments by myself, lost in my thoughts. Hope all is well my sweet friend. Hugs.

Creative alliteration. Don't we all desire some time of silence and some solitude. Not too much though. Sara
