Saving My Heart
I don't know if I can manage
Any more heartbreak or damage
In my life, I'm gonna lose it
It's so hard to find a fit
That is perfect, just for me
I've been so lost and lonely
Looking for a love that might
Finally get me through the night
without any more nightmares
They will leave and disappear
Leaving me to question why
I wake up each day to cry
No one there to dry my tears
Or help me to face my fears
Telling me I'll be O.K.
That they'll never go away
Sticking by me till the end
All the romance they can send
Brightens up a day so bleak
Or be strong when I am weak
Giving me hope time and again
This time I will finally win
What I've always waited for
Hitting the jackpot to score
A love to call my very own
Little by little being shown
There's no need for searching longer
My heart beat is a lot stronger
Than its ever been, it's nice
To have a happy and sweet slice
Of this life, I have no greed
As your fulfilling all my needs
