For Hiya Sharma's Stars Or Fireflies Fibonacci Poetry Contest
He was once my love with a brilliant smile radiating to me his warmth I got lost in the celestial beauty of his eyes My glittering star that wandered in from afar - From what galaxy could he have come? I look up now to all those diamond clusters clinging to the ebony night, remembering his fond embrace and my heavenly delight I'm lost in the glitter of those stars, knowing my seeing him again is as remote a chance as their distance from me. Stardust memories! Oh, that he'd fall from a saudade of stars; I could feel again the magic of his touch
