Saturate The Senses
I look out for you in the emptiness, day and night,
‘cause for a long while you’re out of my sight.
My heart beats with the pulse of yearning pure,
as my essence embraces your graceful allure.
Your fairy footprints have faded, but these I trail
to the fervent destination of desire not yet stale,
where with the flame of love I envelop you,
turning into burning ember of craving anew.
I feel I’ve plunged into the fathomless void wary,
as the debris of shattered sky falls around me.
The sparks of your charm the new sun rays fling,
creating for me the colorful collage of longing.
In the sunburst horizon drenched by hued shower
dreamy dawn blossoms like spring-tinged flower.
The silver sequins make the topaz dewdrops glow,
flashing like your sparkling smile in my meadow.
I’m drowned in the flood of your love, I tell you,
I swim mesmerized on cloud nine, you’ve no clue.
I’m not tired wandering in the wasteland so long,
my love for you is forever, don’t get me wrong.
As I look at the blue depth of your sapphire eyes
my heart pulsates with a new rhythm I fantasize.
My soul absorbs your aura I earnestly implore,
saturates my senses with the glint of elation I adore.
