Satan and the Hallow Oaks: the Soldiers Bane

Satan and the Hallow Oaks: A soldier’s bane

Now gone away from the world you once knew
Finding only that
You’re a faithful liar
But this is the cross you bare
The sin you follow
Fighting this curse
You only obtain burden
You learned that heaven is lost
The Hallow Oaks burned
You know you must stand
But alas you are weak
You’re broken
Your travels have left you weary
It’s funny
It never rained
Hot like a desert
But now you’ve fallen
Fallen from your kingdom
Here you do not rule
Here it snows
You’re far from the fire
But his reach is growing
And the world…
The world is only temporary
You know this
But your compassion has got the better of you
You feel as though you must fight for them
Them!
They who defiled your name
Ignored your wisdom
A common solder you are not
For now you have become the last hope
Following the wind you’re past fades future is realized
This is the solders bane
