Santa's Problem Sleigh

Santa called me the other day He has a problem with his sleigh It’s far too big for the elves to mend I said to Santa, a hand I’d lend! ‘But what on earth am I to do? It’s Christmas in a day or two!’ We talked and talked throughout the night To solve the problem – to make it right I’d have to give Santa Claus a lift To make sure you all get your gift We emptied the sleigh into my car And travelled for miles, near and far We covered the ground all through the night The snow filled sky was such a sight. As daylight came, we were all done And watched as children had their fun So next year Santa, remember me And leave a special present under my tree!
