Santa Retires Reluctantly

Santa was on vacation, but with a cane unfortunately. He was older now, and walked slowly, his time so free. I could have enjoyed this longer, he thought when I was young. When he wore handsome clothing – tuxedo with cummerbund. You are doing okay Mrs. Claus told her man who finally retired. But he did not think so, for being lazy was not how he was wired.

Didn't Santa have a son, I hope so. He could teach his son how to be the New Santa and this would ease him into retirement, instead of going 'Cold Turkey" ( excuse the pun)

I am afraid he had 11 daughters and a dog.

Oh, that's for sure. Santa Claus is such a busy man...hmmm, I don't think he would ever be happy retired. Nope!

He sure would not be! I know a man who loved his job; he never wanted to retire., Many people hounded him until he finally let them have their way and he retired. Played golf two weeks and then dropped over dead on the golf course. I think he would still be alive if he had followed his heart.
