I am delighted that you liked it. I was thinking about the early morning when I was attacked at my computer while writing poetry. Thanks for the visits. Sara K

I wonder if there is a deeper meaning to this, but as a senryu, it is probably as it states... nice last line for this one..

Well, despite the pain and itching, the poet kept on trying to write might be a deeper meaning to the work. LOL..Thanks for dropping by, SO. Your visits always add a special touch. Sara K

Summer is full of these pests and they make me nervous. One solution is a rub with a slice of lemon. Blessings.

Wow!! Victor, such a nice smelling solution to the problem and lemon is great to compliment fried foods to help prevent indigestion. Thanks for dropping by with your blessings and kind review of my work. Sara K

Cute senryu, mosquitoes always love biting me. Ugh! I love how you’ve written this and also the picture used! That last line “ the poet writes lines” is brilliant! Loved reading this! As always! Something honest and refreshing to read from you! For the poetic sincerity and depth! Sending you light always
