sandwich de cerdo asado con salsa de alcaparras
1/2 cup of mayo
1 t of onion powder
1 garlic powder
1 T of fish stock
1 T of lemon juice w/
1/2 Tof cayenne powder
1 t fresh grated ginger
1 t cumin
1 t oregano
4 T ketchup
2 T of chopped capers
2 T honey
1/4 cup of bacon bits
mix well set aside

5 cups of roasted pork
shredded or sliced
(1.5 to 2 pounds)
2 pounds of deli ham
lettuce
tomato's
pickles
2 Pounds of swiss Cheese
------------------------------------------------
12 slices of thick brioche
with the edges trimmed
and toasted in a garlic butter
spread.
Assemble Sandwiches
with roast pork
topped with ham and cheese
lettuce tomato's
pickles
and sauce
add sauteed onions and peppers if desired
Serve with some frenched fries
