Sands of Time
As the sands of time,
shift forever towards the sea.
As the stars in heaven glitter,
beside eternity.
As the sun comes up each morning,
and the moon appears each night.
As rainbows fall on nature's trees,
and snow remains forever white.
As mountains climb forever upward,
reaching toward the sky,
as birds sing their happy tunes,
and lovers softly sigh.
As water runs its flowing course,
until the end of time.
I give you all that's left of me,
all the love that's mine.
For no more can a man give,
then the feelings from his heart.
And as with love that goes on forever,
our sweet memories from this day on,
will never more part.
