Hush, his toes creep,

          Dusting sleep, those

     Lost deep in dreams ...

His stardust strewn -

          Riding moonbeams

     To swoon the night ...

Dream-laden eyes,

          'Til eve dies, soft

     Will rise, the dawn.

And once again you show the rigid form who is in control and tame it into poetry!

How, Greg, HOW have you taken this pithy, spitty little form (which is defying me!) and crafted something so... expansive? You... little... genius... you...!

Oh, I think I just got lucky, Nina - I was struggling so with this, kept trying different themes and directions, and almost gave up, then I thought "I'm working too hard at this - let the imagination run!" and it happened. So pleased you enjoy it, my friend, and thanks for the comment! :-) <3
