Sand Man

I heard you yawning
I saw it coming
I saw the sand man coming to take you away

But don’t be worried
Don’t be scared
He’s taking you off to a land to play
There’s lots of boys and
Girls and toys
All the things you could use in a day

I heard you yawning
I saw it coming
I saw the sand man coming to take you away

So close your eyes and say goodnight
Drift away now on your midnight flight
I’ll be here, I’m always near
watching over, making sure your ok

I heard you yawning
I saw it coming
I saw the sand man coming to take you away

Your eyes are closing and your head is heavy
Your falling fast now, your drifting off
When you wake up it’s me you will see

I heard you yawning
I saw it coming
I saw the sand man coming to take you away

I’ll hold you close and I’ll keep you safe
I’ll always be here only a stone throw away
Know I love you, know I care
And when you wake up it’s your dreams we will share
