Sanctuary Superlative -

I found Your verses,
warm violet wet in ashes curled,
frozen velvet cry,
atop a low puddle of love's pain tears,
held in a silver censer we've ignited
whispers of desire in,
now cradling delicate love notes
of caligraphied kisses
that impatiently atomize
with silent sorrow
through my disbelieving fingertips,
I slowly bring the page petals
to my pausing mouth,

I taste Your truth,
ink of inflamed obsession
soaking my tongue with a sting
of how I hurt You
into a quaking rage,
an unintended flirtation,
a subtle suspicion exploding
into an awful intrigue,
in the hot moment you felt
dispossessed of absolute devotion,
as a woman in love pure
You lashed your body, to punish Me,
and also, to convince yourself
that this passion has true meaning,
Self harm hysteria bringing the feeling
into the heart core,

Trapped in Your pulse
like a virgin light in a black magic diamond
You reveal to Me the full spectrum
of love war,
the infernal intensity and cold stillness,
Hades and Heaven hellbent
on raw enlightenment,
I am at Your seething mercy,
I have never loved You more,
and I am aware of the score,
how I made your eyes sore,

I take control of Your fury
with a fine voice of compassionate conviction,
I usher You into my utmost desire,
to have You bloom proud and secure,
I kiss You there,
where You need it,
I am the asylum of Your ache,
your innocent ache for our love,
I reassure You that your love for Me
is not misgiven, No,,,
that Your heart is correct with Me,
that We are blest by Nature's ancient hunger
for primal passion,
synchronized sensitivities, Yes,,,
taken to where wild orchids dream
of eternal flowering,
trust my Luv,
We are favored by the Divine -

This feels like a very cathartic and healing poem from your authentic heart. Theres so many different intense layers of emotions, which gives a strong psychological touch! Exploring the turbulent tides of relationships...its reassuring and therapeutic too! A very impressive poem! I especially love the lines "like a virgin light in a black magic diamond " " your innocent ache for our love," " I slowly bring the page petals to my pausing mouth," just beautiful and so tenderly compelling!

Dear Justin, You definitely are the king of ballad! This is soulfully moving, so deeply touching, and also I absolutely live the way youv rhymed in some lines and the use of mythology, as well as how it emanates " accountability" something many seem to lack today in this world, especially when it comes to relationships or love! Iv never seen a man accept their errors in a poem before! So this was refreshing! And how youv used the prompts in here is so unique! I love also silkiness of your alliterations

One can only be a King of ballads if One is also the servant to heartbeats of love Poetess...inner line rhyming and alliteration are naturally my favorite phonetic physicality of composing poetry. You excel with alliteration as well great Poetess...J.A.B.
