Same Room, Different Weather

We gather in a space we know,
Where quiet truths move soft and slow.
We lift the same prayers, sing the same song,
Yet something between us drifts along.

Some carry envy they never confess,
Some wear their pride as cold distance or stress.
Some hurt with silence, some turn away,
Some wound without knowing what words can say.

Some walk in innocence, unaware,
Some lose their fire, faith thin as air.
 Different storms beneath one sky,
Different hearts as the days pass by.

Same room, different weather we bear,
Yet God remains faithful, steady, and fair.
So I choose prayer where division appears,
Grace over judgment, hope over fears.

I lift every soul, the weak, the strong,
The lost, the proud, the fading, the wronged.
Same room, different weather together we roam,
But one perfect God still calls us His own.
