Salvations Border

Salvation’s Border What if Heaven closed its borders, blocked it off from me and you? What if God built a wall, we could never get over or pass through? What if God judged us all, by the acts of a select few? Would you become your brother’s keeper, if your future depended on what he might say or do? What if God wasn’t perfect, would he think that we were all a mistake? Does he only listen to organized religion, what’s actually real and what is fake? What if God closed his heart, for all races except for one? What if God closed his borders, and our salvation was undone?

I like what you wrote here. I believe most people view God as a caricature of who He is. We the finite trying to grasp the infinite. If we put God in a little box we can take Him out when it suits us. Our very own Genie, with unlimited wishes.

That is a very good way of putting it Richard. It's unfortunate but I would have to agree. There are so many who just don't see.
