Salt Dear

Not a sophisticated treat as such Salt’s savor holds a piquant, premium touch, It adds an ample zest to any dish, It cures and pickles anything you wish. Its ambidextrous essence roars! Just keep away from open sores. February 22, 2021

Love your last stanza Margarita, earlier on in life, I had a job curing fresh animal hides in an abattoir, we had to spread coarse salt across the hides with our bare hands, and if you had any cuts at all, it was horrendous, your wonderful poem brings back that memory, thanks I think, cheers David
