salt and sugar pull the trigger high blood pressure diabetes fight wars without any treaties good food is much too sweet causing some a defeat alternatives are there so keep yourself aware think healthy and pure fins and wings for sure

I try and eat healthily and have cut back on sugary things since hubby was diagnosed with diabetes but do have the odd treat now and then... everything in moderation:-):-) hugs Jan xx

My wife and I are the same way! A doctor told us fins and wings are the best, meaning poultry and fish.
