The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Salt and Pepper

Salt the earth,
only shaking out love
or
Pepper the place
with capsicum of hate

Salt preserves the peace,
pepper disturbs the harmony

Salted love is always hate-free
Peppered hate dilutes love distastefully

Give me love to salt all my senses down:
Make me immune to the peppery,
pungent aroma hate spreads around
When death comes,
which one will you put in the ground?

Great craft from a creative genius. Freddie, I love your use of metaphor. Much love and joy, my friend.
