Sailing Our Love

Sailing Our Love by Rick Rucker Love has granted me, A feeling of Serenity. No more flailing about, Seeming quite the lonesome lout! Before it struck, I was lost, On The Sea of Love, my Heart was tossed. Now I know the course to plot, And to gain, I have a lot. Hazards numerous to dodge, But my Love they won't dislodge! Once again, I navigate the shoals, My First Mate and I have set our goals. We'll sail the World in our tiny ship, In stormy weather, we'll find a safe slip. Around the World we will go, No hurry now, we'll take it slow. We will sail both near and far, Following Love's Ceaseless Star!

Good seascape! I want to dock in that harbor! Your poetry is symetrically congruent! Your rhyme scheme makes the poem flow so smoothly! Enjoyed the discourse over your billowy course! Look forward to reading more of your poetry!
