Sailing On My Own
this night
i will
sail on my own,
going to my destiny
all by my two feet,
and
as i sail,
i will face the challenges
of the waves,
but i know that by the faith
in God
will be the key
to reach my
destination,
as i go
apart from my
home,
sadness shall i feel
in the ocean blue,
but my dream for my future
shall prevail,
and soon i will be strong
and be proud of.
so i will not let the
ocean waves win over,
i will not let the dark night
rule the
sadness sorrow,
for i will overcome
it
and wait for
the dawn,
till the sun shine's
again,
to light up the way towards
my destination.
