Said the Moon To the Sun

Said the moon to the sun
I was the first across the sky to run

Said the sun to the moon
True, but you can have your dark evenings and nights

For I've got bright mornings and blazing high-noons
~ sun showers, rainbows and picturesquely-painted late afternoons

Gershon, Looking forward to the new year and more of your wit and candor my friend. Watching the majesty of the midnight mass in Rome, as a wayward soul always in the search. Peace to the world the message. -Richard

Completely appreciated and understood, my friend… If you have a minute, try 'Holiness on Christmas Eve,' which I just posted. Thank you so, so much. G-d bless, Gershon

A fantastic write, my friend.. Enjoyed the duality.. The sun and moon are so opposite... However they both are so unique!! I enjoy the sun.. I also enjoy the moonlight.. If we didn't have duality, then we wouldn't savor just one experience.. To savor is to experience the opposite..I really enjoy both experiences the sun and moon have to offer us..Love the two differences! Your write had inspired and allowed me to feel grateful for duality in this world.. Bravo!! Have a blessed day, Gershon..

I was once a night person, but now I so embrace the day. God comes in the morning, yet he is with me all night...watching over things... it is lovely... Your pen is sharp indeed. Ann
