wonderful use of language and a different angle than just merely listing the traits of the sign, well done! the poem has a headlong rushing effect when read which fits perfectly with the sign; it works well in this instance but i would just say in other pieces it might be good to slow it down with more punctuation, and also to watch for the lines getting too wordy or overcrowded..congrats on your 1st place in my contest!

I have to admit I have a tendency to write long, run on lines - Dickenesque - one of my very favorite authors. Learning to write in different forms here on the soup has been a wonderful training in meaning packed brevity along with writing lyrics. Hope you are doing well. All the best!
