Safe

I am content at home,
I do not deal well with crowds.
sweating and shaking uncontrollably.
school is difficult for me,
Feeling sick on the inside.
My clothes I wear are big,
so I won't feel trapped in them.
I can't sleep next to the wall.
I feel trapped there as well.
many people think I am crazy,
For the things i do,
If a parking lot is full
I will not eat with you.
I am working hard every day,
to over come these ways.
In hopes that I too
will feel safe like you do.

We are all truly our own best friends. To learn to love ourselves is the calmest way to exsist. I think about people who are considerably excentric. Quite often they are very ok with themselves. The only thing crazy about you, is you worry that people might think your crazy. Go crazy Girl. Jimmy Buffet said, If we were'nt all crazy we would go insane. So give yourself a hug for me. And thanks for sharing.

It is difficult to live feeling trap the way you do. Understandably of course in view of what you have been through. Wish you could discover the "Precious Pearl" inside you. Most people are like diamond in the rough, and sometimes it takes of lot of chisling before the true diamond inside can come to shine. There are so many issues and concepts that blocks us from the discovery of the beautiful daughter of God inside. Keep writing, this could be the way for you to find that. Caroline.

i just hate people...too many people...but i'm not gonna stop living just because i hate crowds and love public outings, if that makes sense, even though yours a fear, i understand, don't worry something that you love or enjoy one might be in the path of something you fear and you just have to choose to keep going or stop and when that days comes you'll know what you are :)

Good luck in dealing with your fears. The first step is one you have already taken, recognizing your fear and sharing it. There are people who can help :)
